allocating pci resources starting at a8000000 (gap: a0000000:5ec00000)

Hello,

I've installed XEN according to this tutorial: http://www.howtoforge.com/paravirtualization-with-xen-on-centos-5.4-x86_64
on the first XEN boot, it freezes for a very long time on:

allocating pci resources starting at a8000000 (gap: a0000000:5ec00000)

(the centos installation works fine)

I then realized that this is caused when I set the BIOS to use Virtualization.
(when I disable it, XEN boots up nicely).

I have: http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=27236
so I can't find any reason why this is not working...

I’d appreciate any help on this matter.

Regards,

MtK
