Only "official" version of Xen in CentOS is the one included in CentOS.
Which is the Redhat patched/customized version Xen 3.1.2 + patches.

xen.org doesn't provide rpms for Xen releases. So gitco.de rpms are
the best option.. unless you want to create your own.. or grab from Fedora.
