Reviewing the SIG Guide

I'm hoping to find some volunteers to review the SIG guide - https://wiki.centos.org/SIGGuide

I was just looking through it, and it has clearly not been updated in a while - references to Fedora 23, a bunch of "to be written" sections, and side-references to docs like https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Centpkg which appear to be significantly out of date.

If you're involved in a SIG and have been through this process, your edits/comments would be greatly welcomed.
