I was able to revert (just lucky, the wiki is quite unstable):
https://wiki.centos.org/zh-tw/SpecialInterestGroup
But https://wiki.centos.org/zh/SpecialInterestGroup did not have today's date.

zh translation somehow did not go through. I've updated it again
