Access to ConfigManagmentSig

As per the new Config Management SIG

3. Send a message to centos-docs@xxxxxxxxxx with the following information:
- your FirstnameLastname username

    DavidMurphy

- inform them that you are a member of the ConfigManagementSig

  member of ConfigManagementSig

- Ask to have access to 1. your personnal page 2. https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/ConfigManagementSIG

   Can I have access to personal page and the wiki as above.
