On http://www.centos.org/, the Help in the navbar is described by the anchor
<a href="http://wiki.centos.org/Documentation?action="" class="">&redirect=GettingHelp">Help</a>
Why does it contain ?action=""> ? It seems to me Documentation would be sufficient.
