Theme for bugs.centos.org website

Hi,

Some efforts were put in having a customized version of MantisBT default
visual style for The CentOS Bugs website.

The work was done for mantis-1.1.8-5.el5 package from epel repository
and is available for you to download at
https://projects.centos.org/svn/artwork/trunk/Identity/Webenv/Themes/Default/Mantis/1.1.8-5.el5/.
In this location there is a README file describing how to install the
theme and the meaning of each file the theme is made of. Something
important to note here is that installing this theme doesn't affect any
further update you would like to do for the mantis package. The theme is
implemented by means of mantis configuration file, a customized CSS file
and few html and png files (which don't overwrite any content from
mantis package, except the configuration file of course).

Please, notice that domain names inside this theme's files might need to
be changed, in order to fit the real domain name environment you are using.

It would be very nice if at some point this theme could be installed
somewhere online for people to test and send feedback.

With these website customizations, I'm trying to achieve a smooth (and
consistent) visual transition from one page to another when multiple
CentOS websites are opened through tabs in a web browser.

Suggestions and comments are very welcomed.

Best regards,
