Sorry for not joining the discussion earlier, but I've been visiting
Australia in the past 2 weeks, and only been able to catch up on my e-mails
back-log now.

Yes, I've talked to Gaohu, and did agree that it would be great if he can
look after the Simplified Chinese translation of the wiki.  So whenever
you're available, Ralph, can you please give him permission to edit the zh
and zh-tw sub-section of the wiki.

Again, sorry for causing all the unnecessary e-mail exchange as a result of
my absence.
