It's still in the ElRepo ( http://elrepo.org ) testing section.  You
can install it by:

yum --enablerepo=elrepo-testing kmod-ath5k

I believe you have already set up the elrepo repository.  For people
that have not, it can be downloaded from:

http://elrepo.org/linux/testing/el5/
