Link to Chinese translation in Wiki frontpage

Umm? We already have that :)

Try <http://wiki.centos.org/zh/HowTos> for example.

If I can get a Chinese representation of the text in the message, I can
put that in there, too - for example if you go to 

<http://wiki.centos.org/de/HowTos> 

you get the same message in German.
