OK - since it uses yum, it looks like it may be able to follow any 
exclude rules fed to it.

I suspect though that in reality, using rsync is better, reposync won't 
grab files that aren't served by yum (like the iso images needed for 
remote installs etc. - though those can be copied from the DVD)
