it says:
"You will need an domU installation initrd image and kernel. Both can be
downloaded from:

http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5/os/i386/images/xen/";

I'd like to suggest adding the following:
"or
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5/os/x86_64/images/xen/";
