notes on "resize ext3" tip

On CentOS 4.4 resize2fs can resize ext3 filesystem, no need to
converting to ext2.

ext3 filesystem can be enlarged online with resize2fs (on CentOS 4.4),
without unmounting (that is within some limits; beyond that umount and
e2fsck -f is still needed)
