Do we really want this? If we require that all non-English documents are 
translations of existing English documents, we can know how up to date 
translations are. This would be hard to determine if we have a a bunch 
of, say Korean, pages that do not reflect Enligsh pages. Especially if we 
don't have a Korean contributor on the list (and translators come and go).

Loop up the same page with different (language) prefixes.
