Expanded Recommendations for Use of Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccines Among Adults Aged ≥50 Years: Recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommended pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV) for all adults 50 and older who have never received PCV or who have unknown vaccination history, an expansion from the previous recommendation for adults 65 and older.
