Use of Additional Doses of 2024–2025 COVID-19 Vaccine for Adults Aged ≥65 Years and Persons Aged ≥6 Months with Moderate or Severe Immunocompromise: Recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices

Clinicians should provide a second dose of 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine, at least 6 months after the first dose, to adults 65 and older and people 6 months and older with moderate or severely weakened immune systems.
