Screening and Testing for Hepatitis B Virus Infection: CDC Recommendations — United States, 2023

CDC updates and expands its previous recommendations regarding screening for hepatitis B virus infection in the United States. New recommendations include hepatitis B screening using three laboratory tests at least once during a lifetime for adults aged ≥18 years.

Racial and Ethnic Differences in Subjective Cognitive Decline — United States, 2015–2020

During 2015–2020, approximately 10% of adults aged ≥45 years reported subjective cognitive decline (SCD) with the highest prevalence among American Indian or Alaska Native adults; prevalence declined with increasing formal educational attainment. Fewer than one half of persons with SCD had discussed their concerns about SCD with a health care professional.
