WEEKLY REPORT

The figure is a graphic explaining COVID-19 vaccination safety for children ages 6 months to 5 years. It reads, “More than 1 million children were vaccinated; reports of serious adverse events were rare.” There’s an image of a COVID-19 vaccine vial, and there’s a box with a bulleted list of the most reported reactions which were mild or moderate: pain in the arm where the shot was given, crying, irritability sleepiness. There is an orange box with text that reads, “No reports of myocarditis.” Everyone ages 6 months and older should receive recommended COVID-19 vaccines to protect against severe illness and death.
