WEEKLY REPORT COVID-19 Vaccine Provider Access and Vaccination Coverage Among Children Aged 5–11 years — United States, November 2021–January 2022 At 11 weeks after launch of the pediatric COVID-19 vaccination program, 92% of children aged 5–11 years lived within 5 miles (8 km) of a pediatric vaccine provider; 44% of providers were pharmacies. COVID-19 first-dose vaccination coverage rates were low, particularly in high social vulnerability index areas, but improved over time.
