CDC Reports One New Variant Flu Virus Infection         Today, CDC reported a new U.S. human infection with a variant influenza virus, an influenza virus that usually spreads in pigs and not people. This is the 3rd variant influenza virus infection detected during the 2021-2022 flu reporting season.
