CDC Health Advisory- Increasing Seasonal Influenza A (H3N2) Activity, Especially Among Young Adults
On Wednesday, Nov 24, CDC issued a Health Alert Network advisory reminding clinicians to continue offering flu vaccination for all eligible persons six months and older and treat certain patients with suspected or confirmed flu with influenza antivirals. This is in response to recent increases in H3N2 virus circulation, which could be signaling the beginning of the flu season.
