	HIV Infection and HIV-Associated Behaviors Among Persons Who Inject Drugs — 23 Metropolitan Statistical Areas, United States, 2018 In 2018, estimated HIV prevalence among persons who inject drugs (PWID) remained unchanged, and while overall syringe service program use did not significantly change, a substantial decrease in their use occurred among Black PWID.
