How Are You Feeling?

Many people are having a hard time coping during or after adverse events, like the COVID-19 pandemic. They may be grieving the loss of a loved one or dealing with stress from social isolation, financial problems, and upsetting news about the pandemic. For some people, these feelings are made worse by long-standing social problems, like racism.

Protect Your Vision

About 93 million adults in the United States are at risk for vision loss. The COVID-19 pandemic may cause that number to increase because many Americans are delaying or going without care to avoid risk of exposure to the virus. 

Stop Ticks

Ticks carry germs that can cause Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever. Use EPA-registered repellents to reduce the chance of being bitten by a tick.

World IBD Day
