Being Active with Diabetes

One of the most important things that you can do for your health is to get regular physical activity. There are so many benefits, from sleeping better to feeling happier. Regular physical activity can also help you:

• Lose or maintain your weight.

• Improve your memory.

• Manage your blood pressure.

• Lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and raise HDL (“good”) cholesterol.

Game Day Food Safety Tips

Make sure your game day favorites are memorable for all the right reasons!

Flu Antivirals

If you get sick with flu, antiviral drugs are a treatment option. Check with your doctor promptly if you are at high risk of serious flu complications (full list of high risk factors) and you develop flu symptoms. Flu signs and symptoms can include feeling feverish or having a fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue.
