Chapter 2 – Haemophilus influenzae invasive disease has been updated to reflect:
1) authorship conservation and elimination of duplication for the Lab Testing section, which now refers the reader to the Laboratory Support Chapter 22 and for the Vaccination section, which now refers the reader to the Pink Book;
2) disease incidence updates; and
3) current non-b H. influenzae chemoprophylaxis recommendations.
