You are subscribed to one or more CDC code sets email subscription services. This message serves to inform you that information has recently been updated and is now available.

UPDATES:

Release Note (10/18/2018)

Existing CVX code has been updated:

  • CVX 146 (DTaP,IPV,Hib,HepB) has had the status reverted back from Inactive to Pending upon receipt of new information from the vaccine manufacturer that the vaccine is still in the FDA approval process.

New NDCs (Unit of Use/Unit of Sale) have been added to the crosswalk, Unit of Use, Unit of Sale and Linker value sets.

  • 50090-2883-9/50090-2883-0 for Infanrix distributed by A-S Medication Solutions (CVX 20)

Existing NDCs (Unit of Use/Unit of Sale) have been removed because they were not mapped to a CVX code and well beyond the use season. From this point forward, all NDC pairs will be mapped to a CVX code.

  • 76420-470-10/76420-470-10 Physicians EZ Use Flu Kit (2013-2014 season)
  • 76420-471-01/76420-471-01 Medical Provider Single Use EZ Flu Shot Kit (2013-2014 season)

Existing NDC (Unit of Use) 49281-010-25 has been updated to correct an error in the UseUnitstartDate. The updated value is 20100723

Existing NDCs (Unit of Use/Unit of Sale) 0006-4999-10/0006-4999-00 have been retired. The Sale Last Update and Use Last Update dates have been updated but other elements in the NDC tables remain the same.

Existing NDC (Unit of Sale) 49281-250-51 has been updated in an unpublished field. The Sale Last Update date has been updated but other elements in the NDC tables remain the same.
