Release Note (9/12/2018)
Existing CVX code has been updated:
- CVX 146 (DTaP,IPV,Hib,HepB) has had a status update from Pending to Inactive. To our knowledge this vaccine is not being developed for use in the United States.
New NDCs have been added to the crosswalk, Unit of Use, Unit of Sale and Linker value sets. The NDC pairs listed below are sequenced as “Unit of Use/Unit of Sale”:
- 66019-305-01/66019-305-10 for FluMist Quadrivalent (2018-2019 flu season) by MedImmune (CVX 149)
- 70461-318-04/70461-318-03 for Flucelvax Quadrivalent (2018-2019 flu season) by Seqirus (CVX 171)
- 70461-418-11/70461-418-10 for Flucelvax Quadrivalent (2018-2019 flu season) by Seqirus (CVX 186)
The NDCs 50090-3469-9/50090-3469-0 for HEPLISAV-B by A-S Medication Solutions (CVX 189) were announced with the last release but were not fully published. This release includes these NDCs.
