Weekly U.S. Influenza Surveillance Report
The CDC Influenza Division collects, compiles, and analyzes information on Influenza activity year-round in the US and produces FluView, a weekly influenza surveillance report. During week 19, ending May 13, flu activity decreased. While the 2016-2017 flu season has peaked, Arizona reported low influenza-like illness activity.

Nonpharmaceutical Interventions (NPIs) are actions, apart from getting vaccinated and taking medicine that people and communities can take to help slow the spread of illnesses, like pandemic influenza (flu). NPIs are also known as community mitigation strategies. Help your community be better prepared to respond during a pandemic with new community guidelines from CDC.
