In the VIS Barcode Lookup Table the status code field has been changed from Current to Historic for the following two VIS documents.  

Human papillomavirus Vaccine (Cervarix) VIS
Human papillomavirus Vaccine (Gardasil) VIS

These changes will impact the VIS Barcode Lookup Table as well as the CVX-VIS table.  Cervarix and Gardasil-4 are no longer available in the United States and the related VIS documents are also no longer available.  See https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/hcp/vis/vis-statements/hpv.html.  Gardasil-9 (9-valent HPV vaccine) is the only HPV vaccine available in the United States. 

In addition, the new CVX code for flu, quadrivalent was included in the CVX-VIS table.
