You are subscribed to CDC's Vaccine Information Statements (VIS) email subscription service. This message serves to notify you that the Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Polio vaccine information statements have recently been updated and are now available.

 

These are now final (not interim) VISs, with an edition date of 7/20/16. Ideally, providers should begin using them immediately; but they are not significantly different from the previous editions, and existing stocks may be used until depleted.
