This table is being updated to include information on two new VIS documents: the PCV13 Vaccine VIS (formerly known as the Pneumococcal Conjugate (PCV13 VIS)) and the Multi Pediatric Vaccines VIS (formerly known as the Multiple Vaccine VIS). The names in the tables are being changed to reflect the new names on the last page of the VIS document, in the bottom right corner.
