This update inserts some omissions in the CVX-VIS table. In addition, an error in vaccine name was corrected. Human papillomavirus vaccine, 9-valent (Gardasil) VIS should be Human papillomavirus vaccine, 9-valent (Gardasil 9) VIS. Gardasil only refers to the 4-valent vaccine while Gardasil 9 refers to the 9-valent.
