Catch-Up Immunization Scheduler is NOW ONLINE (for children 6 years and younger)
The downloadable catch-up immunization tool previously directly available on CDC’s vaccines web site has been replaced. It now works online via the internet. Like the original, this tool prompts you to enter the patient’s vaccination history and creates a personalized vaccination schedule, which can be saved and updated.
Stay tuned…we are working on updating this tool to the 2012 recommendations that will be published in early February.
