New Adolescent Scheduler Gives Instant Picture of Immunity

The new Adolescent Immunization Scheduler for Children Age 7 through18 Years is a downloadable application that can instantly provide an immunization profile for children and teens. The tool, which includes all nuances of the 2011 recommendations, was released today, March 8, 2011. It is now one of three scheduler tools designed to help health care professionals quickly identify vaccine doses and timing based on current recommendations. All three tools were developed close collaboration with the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology.
