Note that the tool has been updated to more accurately reflect current recommendations. Updates include clarifications for risk groups and immunocompromising conditions, flexibility in listing additional does of MCV4/MPSV4 and PPSV23, and a correction of PSSV23 recommendations. Varicella is now recommended for persons working in health care if their only proof of immunity is that they were born in the US before 1980; zoster is no longer recommended for anyone who has had or is scheduled to have the varicella vaccine; and users will see a message box indicating additional dose(s) may be scheduled if the vaccine is recommended for them.
