Insufficient Rest or Sleep in Adults, United States, 2008 ~ 11.1% of U.S. adults reported insufficient sleep or rest for all 30 of the preceding 30 days. Sufficient sleep is not a luxuryit is a necessityand should be thought of as a "vital sign" of good health.

Rates of New Lung Cancer Cases ~ Lung cancer is one of the deadliest forms of cancer in both men and women. Don't smoke, and avoid secondhand smoke.
