meetings during SCOPE in CA,

Meeting Notes

-          Requirements and Gaps Wiki update:

o       Troy posted the first draft of the wiki, great work! 

o       Dan K looked at the wiki draft, provided positive feedback 

o       Dan K says that Jonathon Corbet has agreed to review the gaps
and assist the work group, Linux Foundation to provide compensation 

o       Dan K to create a CGL editors group to allow the team to edit
the wiki 

-          Documentation Timeline: 

o       Feb 29th  - complete email review of wiki, complete PoCs, get
feedback 

o       March 5th - Face-to-face, complete the documentation work 

o       March 12th - Wrap up loose ends, publish the first draft 

o       March 13th - Wiki published and ready for review by Jonathan
Corbet 

-          Collaboration Summit 

o       Sent plan to Jim Zemlin, received preliminary approval 

o       Dan C working with Amanda on logistics and schedule 

-          Next face-to-face 

o       Confirmed for March 5th, hosted by WindRiver - Glenn to send
meeting logistics 

o       Since this is in two weeks, there will not be any other conf
calls until then 

-          SCOPE Process Document

o       Team agreed to provide email feedback on the document 

o       Once the feedback is received, Glenn will publish this to SCOPE 

-          SCOPE CGOS update 

o       Due to Klaus stepping down as chairman of CGOS, there won't be a
CGOS meeting at SCOPE on Mar 6-7
