CGL Conf Call Minutes 

Dec 12, 2007

 

Minutes: 

-          We discussed the Tokyo meeting and the new working
relationship with SCOPE 

-          Discussion on the work flow with SCOPE - Dan will rev it and
we will review it on the CGL mailing list first and then send it to
SCOPE mailing list 

-          Discussion on the face-to-face meetings - SCOPE has offered
to have a room for CGL to meet to coincide with the SCOPE meetings - we
will accept this offer and try to hold our CGL meetings adjacent to
SCOPE meetings  

-          Discussion on the need for a rapid feedback process to review
SCOPE gaps - Glenn will send a memo to LinuxFoundation 

-          Update from Tim on the document split 

-          Next call will be Jan 9th - Dan and Glenn not available,
Tim/Peter will chair 

-          Happy holidays!

 

Actions: 

-          Dan: update the SCOPE-CGL work flow chart and send to CGL
mailing list for review

-          Glenn: send memo to LF regarding a rapid response process to
get feedback on SCOPE gaps between SCOPE and the community 

-          Dan: get update from Markus regarding wiki 

-          Tim: get "split" updates from Peter and consolidate - target
conf call Jan 9th for first review
