HP has provided patches to resolve the vulnerabilities for SiteScope v10.14 and v11.10. The patches are available here: http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/patches

Upgrade to Sitescope v10.14 or Sitescope v11.10 and install the appropriate patch.

For SiteScope v10.x

Upgrade to Sitescope v10.14 and install the appropriate patch.
