	Perhaps, but I doubt someone would go to all that trouble just to
get stiffed in the end...and NOT tell everyone else if they don't get
their way.  People of that caliber don't typically function like that.

	I've seen people get hauled in on extortion charges for making
similar "disclosure requests."
