[PATCH 4/4] selftests/seccomp: Test SECCOMP_LOAD_FILTER and SECCOMP_ATTACH_FILTER

Add a testcase to exercise the newly added SECCOMP_LOAD_FILTER
and SECCOMP_ATTACH_FILTER operations.
