[PATCH bpf-next 6/6] [DONOTAPPLY] Revert "selftests/bpf: Disable newly-added 'owner' field test until refcount re-enabled"

This reverts the previous patch so that CI can run the newly-added test,
while keeping the series easily applyable in a test-disabled state.
