> Yes, one question, do this drop performance compared with atomic.
According to the implementation on x86-64, __this_cpu_inc_return() uses xadd()
and raw_spin_trylock() uses preempt_disable() and atomic_try_cmpxchg_acquire()
to do its work, so it seems that __this_cpu_inc_return() will be cheaper. But
not sure whether or not the performance of htab update will be influenced.

Considering lockdep_off() is always needed here, maybe only using lockdep_off()
and lockdep_on() will be enough ?
