[PATCH bpf-next v2 11/16] selftests: xsk: decrease batch size

Decrease the batch size from 64 to 8 to avoid potentially overflowing
some buffers in the skb case that leads to dropped packets we cannot
control (and thus the tests may generate false negatives).
