Shouldn't you use 'nr_cpu_ids' instead of 'nr_cpumask_bits' ?

Else this will still fail on systems with CONFIG_CPUMASK_OFFSTACK=n.

Shouldn't you use 'nr_cpu_ids' instead of 'nr_cpumask_bits' ?
