From: Michal Kubiak <michal.kubiak@xxxxxxxxx> Implement loading/removing XDP program using .ndo_bpf callback in the split queue mode. Reconfigure and restart the queues if needed (!!old_prog != !!new_prog), otherwise, just update the pointers.
