Reading prog per packet is inefficient plus pool pointer is only valid
(non-null) when prog is also non-null. This means null prog for ZC path
will not happen as you trigger it for non-null pool pointer state.

Therefore please read prog one time at the beginning of rx zc clean
routine and use it for current napi instance.

I believe that at some point we said to avoid stack-based variables
smaller than 4 bytes as it requires the compiler to produce more
(unnecessary) insns. please just use u32 here.
