[PATCH bpf-next] bpf: switch to offsetofend in BPF_PROG_TEST_RUN

Switch existing pattern of "offsetof(..., member) + FIELD_SIZEOF(...,
member)' to "offsetofend(..., member)" which does exactly what
we need without all the copy-paste.
