What makes pm_runtime_barrier() work is because it calls
'cancel_work_sync(&dev->power.work);' to cancel the pm_runtime_idle()
work, while pm_runtime_forbid() doesn't.
So should pm_runtime_forbid() also use cancel_work_sync()?
